Stock items are usually delivered next day for most mainland UK locations.

Simply that, we have extremely low overheads! As a result we operate on a very low profit margin for each item sold. We rely on volume sales and always welcome new and repeat business.

The cost of processing a customer payment is important at acrestore.net. We would like to keep this cost at a minimum and don't believe in adding credit card surcharges. We offer our customers various payment methods which include, direct transfer to bank, cheque, or Visa and MasterCard credit cards or any of the major UK bank debit cards. When you make a purchase - you will receive an automated invoice detailing you selection and the total cost of your purchase. No. acerstore.net is a UK only supplier. The reason why acerstore.net is reluctant to supply outside the UK is due to the considerable costs involved in delivering the products you purchase to international destinations. Our low prices are inclusive of mainland UK delivery - international delivery costs would make us not competitive with other suppliers who may operate within the customers home country.

acerstore.net online price shown inclusive of VAT also included shipping charges to locations within mainland UK. We have a special arrangement with our couriers to provide us with consolidated shipping charges for all of our deliveries. As such we are unable to itemise the individual delivery charges - but can assure you that these are regularly kept at a minimum by negotiating with our couriers.  In special cases whereby an additional delivery charge must be imposed (for large items such as big screen LCD Televisions or the delivery location is outside mainland UK) - you will be notified immediately and will be told of the additional cost - giving you the opportunity to confirm the order and make the additional carriage charge payment PRIOR to us accepting your order.

As a condition of sale customers must deal directly with the relevant manufacturer (Acer) and comply with the manufacturer's instructions and warranty procedure. We will refer you directly to the product manufacturer in such cases. We will also provide you with the contact information for the relevant manufacturer. The warranty does not apply if the goods have been altered or damaged in any way by the customer or its employees or agents, or goods not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. All warranties cover manufacturer's defects only. The warranty period for each product may vary. Details of the warranty period are shown in the product specifications on the manufacturers website and or documentation. If you are in doubt please check with the relevant manufacturer of the product you wish to purchase.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure that there is someone available at the destination specified who is able to receive the delivery of the items purchased  by the customer. If the courier is unable to make a delivery on the day specified - because nobody is available to receive the goods - there may be an additional charge made for rescheduled deliveries.

Sometimes items may be show as 'in stock' but only to find that once your order has been received by our system - no stock is available (stock is not released until payment is cleared). In such circumstances acerstore.net will contact the customer - informing them of any delay there may be in shipping their order (usually only 24 hours) - always giving the customer the opportunity to cancel the order if they do nor wish to proceed.
